Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these carefully at the time of booking

Booking Payment

• We require a booking fee of 100% of the treatment value from new clients for any treatment of more than £20. This payment will be non-refundable if you provide less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation. Bookings are re-bookable but are non-refundable.
• We now require 50% deposit payment for all treatments at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation policy

• We require at the least 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice then a charge of 50% of the original booking will be charged or the deposit will be non-refundable.

Medical/Health Conditions

• It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you do have any medical or specific requirements, then please inform us at the time of booking and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit.
• Any information you provide will be treated in complete confidence and we ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues at all times.

Appointments

• We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow you time to relax before your treatment and to complete the relevant paperwork.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee the full treatment time.
• If you are late, we will try to accommodate you as best we can. However, we will maintain our appointment timings for subsequent clients which may mean your treatment time is shorter.

Notice

• Please give us 24 hrs notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. A fee will be charged for missed appointments based on 50% of the original booking fee.
• Missed treatments will be deducted off courses of treatment.
